Food System Summit

2009 Food System Summit:  Nutrition, animal welfare, food safety, and sustainability issues will be center stage for the 4th annual Food System Summit which will be held October 6-7 at the Airport Hilton Hotel in Kansas City.  The conference theme, "The New Normal,"  offers food system organizations a great forum to discuss current challenges and solutions for building and maintaining consumer trust.  For further info, www.foodintegrity.org.  The Summit is sponsored by the Center for Food Integrity and the National Council of Chain Restaurants.
